Product & software engineering

Build what
comes next.

A new idea. An existing product.
A better way forward.

We bring design and engineering together to build thoughtful software and make the systems you already rely on stronger.

Ideas made real. Products made better.Discover Gildaxis

Your starting
point.

An idea on a page. A platform with real users.
There’s a way forward from both.

From possibility to product.

Turn the product in your head into something people can use. We connect the strategy, interface and engineering, all the way to launch.

  • A clear scope and product architecture
  • A designed and built user experience
  • A live product, ready for what comes next
Let’s build your idea

The craft
behind the work.

The product, the experience and the system underneath. One software house, thinking about the whole thing.

Product engineering

The whole product. Built to work.

From the data model to the interface your customers touch. Web platforms, internal tools and APIs designed and built as one connected system.

  • Web applications
  • Internal tools
  • APIs & integrations

Business solutions

Built around how your business works.

From customer-facing platforms and SaaS products to the systems your team relies on every day. We design and build software around your workflows, operations and customers.

  • Platforms & SaaS
  • Booking flows
  • ERP & CRM systems
  • Point of sale (POS)

Architecture & hardening

Stronger beneath the surface.

A careful look at how your system behaves, where it can fail and what needs to change. Improve what matters without a rewrite for its own sake.

  • System architecture
  • Security review
  • Performance

Interface & experience

Every interaction earns its place.

Design and implementation in the same hands. Clear journeys, deliberate typography and thoughtful states, built to feel as good as they look.

  • Product design
  • Frontend engineering
  • Interaction design

Ongoing evolution

The next release starts here.

Launch is a beginning. Keep shipping new capabilities, retire technical debt and give your product room to grow without losing its foundations.

  • New capabilities
  • Codebase health
  • Continuous delivery

From clarity
to creation.

Transformation takes discipline.
Understand. Design. Build. Review.

  1. Understand

Your problem, your people, your constraints. We agree on the scope and write down what success looks like before the build begins.

    A shared brief
  2. Design

Architecture and interface take shape together. Data, screens, boundaries and states are worked through as one product.

    A plan you can review
  3. Build

Small, reviewable increments keep the work visible and the product deployable. You can see what is taking shape as it happens.

    Working software
  4. Review

Quality, security, performance and design fidelity are checked before the work is called finished.

    A product ready to ship
Talk through your project

Built with care.
Made to last.

We consider quality, security, performance and design fidelity as we plan and build, guided by the needs of your project.

Talk about your project
Quality
Work guided by the agreed scope and readable for the next engineer.
Security
Attention to inputs, secrets and dependencies throughout the build.
Performance
Practical targets informed by how your product will be used.
Design fidelity
Care for the experience across its states and supported screen sizes.

The Gildaxis principle.

What you bring has value.
Our job is to bring it out.

Good software begins with understanding what matters. We bring design and engineering together to build new products and make existing ones stronger.

Before we talk.

A few things you might
be wondering.

Can you work with our codebase?

Yes. Existing products are one of our two starting points. We begin by understanding the code, the people using it and the constraints around it, then recommend focused improvements. A rewrite is a decision to justify, never the default.

What if all we have is an idea?

That is enough to start a conversation. We help turn the problem and audience you understand into a defined scope, a product architecture and an interface, then build toward launch.

How do you scope the work?

We start with your goals, constraints and current starting point. Scope and what sits outside it are written down before implementation. The first conversation helps us decide what needs to be explored to make that plan useful.

What happens after launch?

We can continue with new features, architectural improvements and codebase maintenance. Ongoing evolution is part of the offering, so the product can keep moving after its first release.

What will we cover on the first call?

Thirty minutes on what you are building, where you are today and what you need next. You will get a straight answer on our approach and whether Gildaxis is the right fit. Bring an idea, a product link or the questions you are working through.

Let’s make
it worth more.

Bring the idea. Bring the codebase.
We’ll work out the right next move.

About the first call

Thirty minutes to talk through your goals, constraints and what a useful engagement would look like. You leave with a straight answer on fit and approach.

Tell us what you have in mind.

A few sentences is a good place to start.
